Sector -04 (Livestock) has been established on 13^th August, 2020 by the Office order No. 82.18.0000.007.05.007.20-120(A).

Directorate of Agriculture and Environment Audit,Dhaka Insurance Bhavan (Lift-4 Floor-5),71, PuranaPaltan Line, Dhaka-1000.

Functional Areas:

1. Department of Livestock Service (DLS), Dhaka and all offices under it

2. Bangladesh Livestock Research Institute, Savar, Dhaka and all offices under it

3. Livestock Research Institute (LRI), Vaccine Production Unit, Dhakaand all offices under it

4 .Livestock Information Office, Dhaka

5. Office of the Chief Accounting Officer

7. All Government Financed Regional farms, Zoo and Projectsunder DLS

8. Observation on minutes regarding Bi-party and Tri-party

9.BS receive, BS reply and preservation of corresponding files

Manpower:

Activities:

Audit planning, Audit team formation, Audit supervision, Audit briefing etc. of all offices, projects, and programmes under the Ministry of Fisheries and Livestock. Relevant follow-up after audit, QAC-1, broadsheet reply, issuing general and advance para, sending draft reports to report sector.
Participation in bi-party/tri-party meetings.
Preparing monthly, quarterly, half yearly and annual report and sending to CA sector.
Performing administrative activities and other responsibilities imposed by higher authority.
